Today marks three years since my fiancés mother died. I never got the chance to know or meet her which deeply saddens me, especially with us expecting our baby in October. Of course my fiancé dreads this day every year, wish there was more I could do but there isn't much besides just being there for him. I can't imagine losing a parent and it ever being okay, just easier to deal with (as he's put it anyways).
