I've got a really bad pain above my belly button, not sure if it's just a normal stretching pain or something else? Anyone else had something like this? Keep getting scared of every twing and pain I get 🙈😂

Anyone else have to get the rhogam shot at 28weeks ? This will be my second time and I am dreading it because it was so painful the first time. Can they do it without poking the belly now?
