Don't be quiet while they sleep!!! It creates a light sleeper! My friend was always tiptoeing around and now her baby wakes up from the slightest sound so she can't get anything done while he's sleeping! I was always loud around my daughter so she sleeps through dog barks, kids screaming, me doing dishes and banging pans! It's hard to do but just let yourself be loud!
