Have u ladies heard of a focus point for labor? At birthing class they recommended it. I decided to choose a picture of my sweet husband😍 when he was a little boy bc I hope our son looks just like him. I feel it will truly make me stronger💪🏽The quality of the pic is amazing considering its from 1981. I have to say he is adorable & I'm the luckiest girl in the world. On second note hubby scared he's going to have a blue eyed red head freckle kid 😂😂 I just laugh red heads r adorable too if u ask me.

I ended up Using My son's head as a focus point the gave me a mirror so I can see and seeing his head got me to try harder
