I'd be asking for a supervisor or head phlebotomist that's ridiculous that are suppose to try two times on one side and get a higher up to do the other are at least in wv they are
Yeah. well the cna and rn both tried. And I was completely in tears and all worked up. And half the sticks they just pricing me in the same spot 4+ times @baileysdawn
Girl refuse the Iv if u have to. I had a nurse prickly me 8 different times trying to get one started and finally told them if they didn't get it this time they weren't giving me one. They will try to argue bout the fact that u HAVE to have it but what did they do before ivs were made.

A cna is not suppose to be doing anything with needles or medication I am cna trained

I did @lost041 they keep bringing it up because they want me to be comfortable, but I haven't let them try any more.
