I go to my OB for my 6 week check up on the 12th but I was just wondering. When should I expect my period? I'm breastfeeding and I heard that can delay it.

It really really varies. I was breastfeeding/pumping every 3 hours and I still got it back at 8 months post partum.

This varies from person to person. You can get your period back as soon as a month or you may not get it back until you stop breastfeeding completely. I got mine back 4 months post partum exclusively breastfeeding.

@kaleenakustes,  my daughter is a month and a few days and I still have no signs of starting. My SO and I had sex and now he's flipping out thinking I'm pregnant again.
