mom's who have used dr browns bottles

have u ever had to order a preemie nipple for your newborn?? I bought the level 1s that are supposed to be for newborn but the formula would run out of his mouth constantly and he would choke up so I've moved to preemie. he seems to do better with it but I didn't ask me pedi first I just did it cause I could literally hear him swallowing air and I think his belly was hurting.
