I have two separate firm pillows. I call one Doc and the other " THE SCIENTIST". With these horrible back pains I have been having all labor day weekend. I put one on each side of me. when I roll over I hug the doc because he is a little firmer than the scientist. when I feel the pinching and squeezing on my back I hug the scientist he seems to make it all better. Don't judge me. I could barely move this weekend. All I could do is wish for a service dog to take my fur babies for a walk and get me a heating pad. #thestruggleisreal
