Huge rant ahead! 🙃
So my mom just moved back to AZ and the other night she called and asked if I wanted to go out to dinner with her and her husband. I said of course, she told me "okay well call your brother because him and Lindsey are coming over too." (Lindsey is my brothers girlfriend). So I called my brother and he didn't answer and I called his girlfriend and she didn't answer either. 5 minutes later his girlfriend calls me back, I asked her to pick me up when they go to my moms. She told me "that's kinda funny, your brother and I haven't made any plans with that bitch. She hasn't texted us." When she says "that bitch" she's talking about my mom. I was livid. I didn't say anything on the phone to her but I just got short with her and hung up quickly. I was so angry I texted my brother and told him its screwed up he would let her call our mom that. I told my mom as well and she was upset. Well the next morning I wake up to texts from his girlfriend going off on me saying, you're such a mean person, I can't believe you would be so nasty towards me, and I would never call your mom a bitch. And she started getting personal and saying really mean things. I tried apologizing and making it right but nothing worked. My brother texted me at first being an asshole then 20 minutes later he just texts me "im sorry sis she didn't mean it I love you" and he kept texting me that he loved me all day. Now she's deleted me on all social media and my brother isn't allowed to see his own family. The funny thing is I wouldn't take any of it back. Nobody can screw with my family like that.

funny thing is, this reminds me of a story with my own half sister.. we have different mom's but same dad and she literally called my mom a bitch one day to me on facebook. she wanted to be friends 3 years later. I was still holding a grudge. I don't take that kind of thing lightly. you was not in the wrong on this one, so don't let them make you feel like you were.

@jessicarose0602, thank you!! It's just its one thing if you call somebody you're super close with that. But don't use it to describe my mom. That's when things will get messy. She was making me feel like I did something so terrible but my whole family backed me up on it

@mamaash, yeah she definitely called her that, and that's what I'm saying. She was blaming me and saying my mom will never like her and my mom actually has always hated her but has treated her like family. When she told me my mom wouldn't like her I wanted to say so badly that she's never liked her but I didn't. I seriously wish I did lol

seems like your mom didn't like her for a very good reason and her calling your mom that justifies it completely. sometimes you can just tell how a person is by being around them. ugh, why does she think it's okay to call your mom something like that? I'm glad your family backed you up on it too!!

I'm so surprised you didn't go off on her right away. NOBODY will ever call my mother out of her name.. I would lay a hand on them aswell. this enfuriates me so much..

so sad your brother is so blind from his girlfriend. after all she said still be with her and be by her side. luckily my man understands now that we are family he has noticed hes family true colors with me. he always tells me to always worry about us three.
