So contractions are 3-5 minutes apart still. Im 3cm dilated, but they sent me home because i didnt dilate in an hour. :( this is going to be a shitty night considering im still contracting every 3-5 minutes.

My boyfriend is staying on his tip toes now lol, they did this with my first son too then i ended up there again the same day. Im more than positive I'll have her by tomorrow. @patientlyawaitingdalton

yeah but my boyfriend is an impatient ass and didnt want to sit in there for another hour and its too late to walk around here so I'll just bounce on my yoga ball and deal with the pain. @milans_muva

that happened to me ! i walked/jogged and they dropped to 2 to 3 minutes and i went from 5 to 7 in an hour ☺️ had my baby at 3:04am that night . i also bounced on the edge of my bed prior and im sure that helped as well .
