I still have pain in my hips a lot. If I drive long distances it really kills me

mine randomly happens when I'm just out walking around. it hurts soo bad sometimes. I'm going to talk to my doctor about it 😣 @santistevanmommie

Yeah it happens to me too. I haven't talked to my dr. I just chalked it up to pregnancy changing my body.

my doctor said sometimes hips don't go back like they should after delivery. I'll see what he suggests @santistevanmommie
