my doc didnt do an ultrasound til almost 10 weeks and it turned out amazing ! i hear your weeks go by the first day of your last period plus add 2 weeks. idk why tho

Yeah every time I look up how far along I am it either tells me 5 or 6 weeks

I figure I should be around 5 weeks but you never know

at 5w3d on my ultrasound you could just see the yolk sac

It showed a empty sac at my first ultrasound of course I was only 4 weeks and 5d @rjmh

I know most doctors won't give you an ultrasound till your at least 6 weeks

If your really early will it even show on an ultrasound

My last period was January 9 which mean I'll deliver October 15th but he said my due date was 11.6.16 so going by your last period isn't exactly accurate @rjmh
