hi mommies I might have to get induced for this pregnancy what should I expect different never been…

A long labor! If your cervix is hard you will need a cervix softener, which is in 6 to 12 hours then you would start the pitocin to actually make u dialate. They say pitocin makes labor more painful...I never had a baby without it so I wouldn't know.

I was induced 9 days ago and I was only at a 1! it was hell I hope my next pregnancy I can dilate on my own. they had to break my water at a 1 because none of the meds would change my cervix... it was sooo painful lol I hope yours goes smoothly

well good luck! I developed high bp so I had to be induced a few days before my original date!
