Yesterday my nurse at NYU blew my vein twice before getting it the third time. I kept telling her not to use my left arm because it always has issues, but because she's the nurse she knew best. Now I look like someone roughed me up, and it hurts like hell.

No the nurse doesn't know best. You should have refused. I only get good blood draws in my right so i tell them!

The nurse blew my vein the other day. I kept telling her it blew and it hurt but she kept trying to get it to work. I had a big knot in my arm and it hurt so bad.

I went last Friday for back injection and it took them 9 sticks to finally get a IV in. They blew them all up until the 9th.

Omg I hate that!!! Why don't they listen. I have had to have so many IVs and blood taken because I have a lot of medical problems. And I have bad veins. They roll away from the needle and they have a lot of valves in them.
