I drank chocolate milk cause regular milk has been tasting odd.. horrible heartburn yesterday 😖

my doctor told me to start taking pepcid or Zantac twice a day

tbs of baking soda mixed with 8oz water

milk or you can take tums or pepcid

milk

I looked for all possible methods that would help and nothing helped. Nada!
