Not too late but if you're not getting a lot of milk out, try pumping or hand expressing (just squeezing your nipples yourself) so your boobs think "oh ok she is breastfeeding time to bring in the milk more" so you get enough for baby

no its not too late, but if you are going to do it, do it now otherwise they will start drying up.
