completely not pregnancy related , but has anyone had a septum piercing close & gotten it repierced....i feel like it'll be super painful going through the scar tissue

I'm wondering the same thing. I took mine out not too long After i found out I was pregnant, now I miss it and want it back.

The first time I got my septum pierced it was all effed up so I took it out and had it done again and it felt better than the first.

@beaniebaby810, yea i took mine out when i was about 20 weeks, now im going thru old pics & miss it. @imhermomduh hmmm i wonder if they went through the same spot, was the placement messed up the first time ?

It was crooked so it was pushed up against that nerve that could paralyze some of your face if pierced. Tha

I couldn't smile correctly and when I took it out thank god it was okay. But they also used to big of a gauge. Horror story I know. But I know they went through some scar tissue and I was terrified for another shitty job but it turned out great and didn't hurt that bad

I had mine done when i was 16 took it out, then got it repierced when i was 19. It went through scarred tissue, and you could tell it was hard for the piercer to push through but luckily he was an amazing piercer and got it done pretty quickly. It hurt a lot the first day but eased up. It healed great though. Within the first 3 or 4 days it no longer was super sore to touch.
