question for those who have had two pregnancies I have had a stabbing pain that started off just below my ribs on my left side and has moved to my side and now my back as well it's throbbing when I sit down stabbing when I'm standing and it has been painful to breath what could it be? any ideas

I tried that @tiabb424 ... tylonal didn't touch the pain and it was the prescription kind I ended up with the pain and a headache from it...

I had the same thing on the right side and it was a pulled muscle! I took Tylenol and a hot bath. Also slept.
