@mommy2isabellafae, I was also told that if you keep folding down the front of the diapers then it helps the bellybutton not bleed as much. it worked for us. in o ly two days it completely stopped and we could but the diapers on like normal. good luck with your little girl!

@mommy2isabellafae, yes, when the cord is gone you can give her a real bath, but not if her bellybutton is bleeding

@mommy2isabellafae, my dr said not to clean it after it fell off, you can clean the outside of the bellybutton but don't dig inside it. my son's bleed more because we cleaned the inside with alcohol. once we stopped cleaning and giving him a real bath it healed alot faster!
