How old was you baby before you went back to work or started working?
My baby will be 6 months old on the 17th and i will be going back to work pretty soon. And even though my mom will take care of him i really dont want to leave him 😭

my last baby was only 1 month old and I strictly breastfed it was hard but I did it

@babyjrsmomma, omg yes i feel the same way i fee like the first year/s are the most important when you get to enjoy them the most, i might be able to stay with him until his 7 it just depends.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Ladies, I'm so freaking excited and happy right now that I am UGLY crying at work !! My doctor just called me because he got my blood results back, baby is good and I'm having A BOYYYY!!! I cant believe after all I've been through I finally get my boy !!! Thank you Jesus !!! I want to surprise Tim, any ideas of how I can surprise him for when he gets home from work tonight ??? Whose husband went back to work early from maternity it's only been a week and my husband is ready to go back to work , I hope I don't get baby blues I don't wanna cry 💙😭 mind you I'm gonna be taking care a 2 year old and the newborn #strenght
Creeped out! A new guy at work just tickled the back of my neck! I cringed and told him "Don't ever touch me, that weirds me out!" On Monday he pulled my braid as I was grabbing parts for him, I also told him don't ever do that. Ugh. I don't feel comfortable working with him EVER! A coworker told me that when she walked past he said "what's cooking good looking". I feel he doesn't deserve to work here. I can't feel like I'm going to be harassed at work. Like who does that?? I'm so creeped out and grossed out. Ugh. What would you do in this situation? I've reported this to my manager.
what are you guys thoughts on letting your baby cry...my baby goes to sleep on me but once I put him down he crys and wakes up I don't like letting him cry like that so I pick him back up. he will be a month old in 2 days.
