Did anyone else find at this stage that anything that touches your chest is just covered in breast…

Did anyone else find at this stage that anything that touches your chest is just covered in breast milk? I change my bedsheets and that night it's covered in it again 😩 also my OH wakes up with a sticky arm from where I've laid on him through the night 😂😂
