if he doesn't want to sign paperwork he then he doesn't want any rights you can still put hom on child support they would just do a DNA test if he doesnt want to sign papers then dont let him be apart of his life thats his loss and he'll realize that eventually

Sounds like he needs to grow the hell up. I honestly would try my best to not worry about him. Your son comes first. I know you may love your BD but you can't tell a guy anything. He's going to have to learn from himself. Oh, and actions speak louder than words. Don't disregard them red signs that's he's showing you. You're going to keep hurting yourself. Your son is your world now, make sure he is well taken care of, father or not. I learned a lot from my son's dad. And we do NOT speak to this day and my son is a year and 6m.
