Im having sharp pains in my ribs..Anyone have any idea what could be causing it? Its just my lower ribs. Its gooten bad to the point where breathing hurts. I took some tylenol and now im laying down hoping it goes away. Ive been well hydrated all day so that cant be it, and i havent done any physical activity except walking the normal amount i normally do...
