I drank ginger cinnamon tea today like cut up a ginger root and boiled with a cinnamon stick and the contractions I had after I finished were the worst all day. the longer you boil the Spicer it is.

@jonahsmommy2, tomorrow I will be trying pineapples and pomegranate juice, if that doesn't work back to the store I go for some ginger root haha
