34 long hours of inducing my labor .. she's finally here born around 6:32 7 pounds 8 ounces looking just like her father .. she's beautiful I must say she will be the only child I ever have cause man labor ain't no joke!!!

Please help! My doctor is trying to induce me before 40 weeks because she's going to be off on my due date and says my placenta is starting to look old. How do I get labor started?? I don't want to be induced for no reason and I'm thinking I won't have a choice. Please help. What do I do to get things going?
