I've had it for weeks!! My hands clench up like I'm gripping something and I have to wait for them to relax and go back to normal

Yes, I had a horrible time with it!! My OB referred me to an orthopedist and I got steroid shots in my wrists. My hands ached for a few days but then they were perfectly fine! I definitely recommend asking your OB about getting to an ortho ☺️

yes, so much that my thumb, index and middle finger ate numb and tingling on both hands....they gave me these stupid wrist splints they okay but can't move my hands once their on...

No worries! And that's exactly how mine were. I cried because it alternated between annoying and painful!

Yeah I seem to wake up in the middle of the night with both of my hands numb af.

My sister has it! She had to get the shots in her wrist but she said they didn't help her. I guess it varies from person to person!
