went on a 1.5 mile walk this morning and since then have had contractions that will only last 30 min 2-5 min apart. its happened a good 4 times today. so much pressure and period like cramps too. let's see how long this early labor last.

Having contractions every 3-4 mins since 4:44 ima try to wait them out BC last time I was having contractions 3 mins apart I wasn't dilating any but I was a finger tip and at my last appointment I was a full centimeter dilated.
Contractions 10 mins apart and they last 1 min and 30 secs Doctors won’t let me go in unless they are 5 mins or less.
I've started counting contractions for the last half n hour. They are 4 minutes apart lasting a min long but not very painful.
Can't sleep through the pain😭 phoned triage got to wait till pains are 3-4 mins apart, lasting 1 minute for an hour, already at 5 mins apart lasting 1 minute. Hopefully not long before I can go in! Just can't believe it's actually happening! Surprised myself with how well I'm coping, I haven't cried yet and I've not used one single curse word😂
