Okay so I have a question for moms who already has a baby or about to?

I am 27 weeks and 5 days pregnant I have a constant pain/pressure on my right side of my back nothing is making it go away. Now I used the bathroom about an hour ago and then I took a shower, while I was taking my shower that pressure became really heavy and a clear flowy substance came out of me. I don't know if my water broke or if I peed myself in the shower. I really need some assistance I don't know what to do first time mom and scared as hell. My mom just thinks it's braxton hicks contractions but I had those earlier in my pregnancy and they went away. So I don't know what to do at this point. I haven't been able to get a hold of my doctor at all either.
