Hey mommas 😊😊 I need some advice to those of you who have gotten back in shape after having your babies! Are there any good apps I can download or any tips you can share with me to kind of help me get started? I have an 8 month old that's crawling so tips on working out while having the baby around would be much appreciated 😘

have you tried wearing your baby while working out? adds a little weight and you can still watch baby
