Ladies that have trouble with the horse pills!
My SO taught me how to take pills and now i don't even feel it going down! Try to drink the water first and hold it in your mouth. Then tilt your head back, drop the pill in the water. Then swallow. Works so much better then putting the pill first then water. Hope this helps!!

I have never been able to take even baby pills. I was taught pill first and then water. Never worked for me. I'm so glad this works it tock me 20 years to learn how to take a pill! Lol. Are you able to get your down this way? @milestide25

Sugar a good idea to mask any taste. But i can never taste it with this method

i always swallow pills like that too cant do it any other way water then pill and goes down:)

That's how I take pills and people look at me funny. Nope I don't want the taste in my mouth and it's so much easier

ugh I'm such a spaz when it comes to taking pills! I'll take a sip of water and then like drop it in the water and swallow just the water and then the pill will start to break down on the back of my tongue! 😩😩😂😂

yes I have to chug more water to choke it down, I've gotten better but my throat gets all psycho lmfao

only that way! I have been taking pills since I was a year old though... I can never get liquid medicine down and keep it down.
