5-1-1 ... 5 minutes apart lasting 1 minute for 1 hour... then it's time to go in ... good luck I hope it's time 💝

she told me to drink water and see what that does, I haven't lost my mucus plug and my water hasn't broke which I know doesn't really mean anything but she said to keep monitoring until their consistently like 5 mins apart for an hour
