oh girl, they are essentially injecting you with pregnant hormones. I was on it, and gained 30 pounds. 😐 It was so hard to lose it.

From experience not the best method on the contrary I end it up having a period for months and worst if it's the shot for 3 months it messes your hormones so bad!!!
