Throughout 9 months of my pregnancy my MIL has never been involved, never called me or texted me to see how me and the baby were doing. But once he's born all of a sudden he's her little prince, posting him on social media and shit. She wanted to come visit him, she lives 2 hours away and by the time she comes it would've been so late. So my SO told me to lie to her, so I did. Told her i wasnt feeling well. Also because she told me that same day. She said she would try again in 2 weeks, I said that's fine, she gave me a heads up. Next day I go to church and post pictures, she gets mad but doesn't say it to me. I know she's mad because she doesnt like any of baby's pictures like she usually does. and she starts posting stuff to make me feel bad like "how she wanted to see him so bad " So I ask my SO constantly if she said anything. A girl knows when something is off. He finally told me, that she was upset. I got mad because first off all this is my child. second, where has she been all this time, third, she was still gunna see him in two weeks. My SO posted a status in fb which she took the wrong way. and his sister commented "if she has a problem she can talk to mom and dad herself, like grown people" so I messaged his mom because I didn't want the drama to go on, but this lady is so immature, I tried to reason with her but she wanted to keep fighting and kept talking shit about my SO. it pissed me off so much because she's always treated my SO like shit and left him out in family things. How does she want to be in my son's life when she can't even treat her own son right. So I just decided to hide all my son's pictures , if she wants to know how he's doing she can contact me and stop being so immature. Since he got out of the hospital she's only contacted me once. it's not fair for my son. he deserves happiness and to be loved. Also his sister is pregnant too and I bet you she's gunna be favorting them. This is fucking ridiculous.
