Can't wait till the moment my child comes out and they place her on my chest blood , guck and all. I was robbed of that experience with my first cause she had to be rushed to the nicu. But this time around I ain't playing give me my baby right away.

@meboom01, I feel like that first moment can't be replaced and if you can handle it just do it. I bet you it felt great just to hold your baby you probably didn't care about all the stuff on your baby

I really didn't. It's weird to say but I loved how she smelled when she came out. Plus she was just so cute and I had gone through 2 days of induction and about 12 hours of labor. I wanted her lol

My baby passed her first stool right before she came out. So I missed that chance, and her daddy didn't get to cut her cord either ☹️ our next baby, I pray we both get to experience it.
