So I've had a seriously bad day and don't like to moan too much but I started the most horrendous back cramps this afternoon. I lay down only to be woken with powerful cramps in my back. Then bh every 4 mins for an hour slowly tapering off to every 10 then 15 and so on but OMG the pain I have in my back and there like bad bad period cramps there and in my lower bump. They have eased now a bit but have given me a scare today. Luckily the paracetamol took the edge off the pains 😭
