I feel so numb... I have severe depression and my OH has given up helping me because I'm too scared to talk to a counsellor... He said I was being silly! 😩 I'm miserable and I don't even have his support! I've never felt so isolated and alone!!

I have post natal depression and for weeks I was so scared to admit it and speak to someone but I spoke to the doctor and it made it so much better to speak to someone who doesn't know me and only knows what I'm telling them x
