@bayli02144, I just had my baby in June. for me me didn't need the epidural or anything I got in the zone and blocked the pain out and honestly it just felt like I had to poop badly
Just keep telling yourself - "millions of women do this, and I can too.". For some reason, when I started to get scared, or when I brought the baby home and I start to get overwhelmed, by saying "people do this all the time", it helped me. Also. And this is key: HEATING PAD. Do NOT forget one. Nobody tells you to pack one, but it's seriously a life saver. Especially if you end up with a c-section.
No matter how you plan your birth it will most likely go differently. But just remember how ever it goes it's for your precious baby and it's all worth it. I just went in with a set mind and it went the complete opposite and it worried me at first but like I said it was all worth it. So just try not to be upset if it doesn't go how you planned 💕😊
It's not as bad as you psych yourself out. I freaked out pretty much my whole pregnancy and ended up getting induced. My labor was so easy and I expected the worse because that's what everyone kept telling me. It's not going to be as bad as you think! You got this!
