I know a lot of moms on here are for inducing, but I don't want to have that as an end result.…

most Dr's will only allow you to go 2 weeks past due so if baby doesn't come you will be induced

Someone waited 2 weeks past their due date and ended up losing their baby. I had my scheduled c-section at 39 weeks. I read about women going a few days over before baby comes all the time though.

yeah I heard that as well, I just want to hear actual stories from ppl who's experienced going passed their due date. @gcpaschal

I was four days past my due date when I had my daughter!

no my 1st came on his own at 37 weeks, my 2nd I was 39 weeks, and my last two including this one I'm getting induced due to medical reasons

as long as you and baby are healthy you can tell your Dr you don't want to be induced

my sister in law wanted her son at home with no meds and went over by 2+ weeks. she was so nervous but got through like a champ. lol

I was set to be induced due to health issues yesterday. Baby girl came on her own last Thursday 12 days early :/

Literally had no idea there were so many risks with inductions.... I had a c section with my first born, but we're going to try a natural, vaginal birth with this pregnancy. Saw your post & looked up the risks & now I'm hoping I won't have to be induced 😅

@lilmommy93, nice I'm glad to hear that baby came when he was ready, I'm more nervous to be induce than to wait when baby is ready. lol

@sabby, SAK AP FET!!!! Yayyy! I'm so happy to see a fellow Haitian feel the way I feel. You know we're bout that natural life lol Being induce is really not an option for me and I don't really hear a lot of women speak on not getting induced past their due dates. I know the risks and the interventions that follow and I don't want to go that path. So that's my plan as well to do everything natural when its time.

@sthernmama, there's a really great documentary on Netflix Idk if you've seen it but that's what motivated me to not be induced. Ricky lake is in it. Shoot!! I'll Google the name I forget what it's called
