Literally petrified to eat anything in case I get terrible heartburn like yesterday😩🙄

@jenfer, I live off of rennies 🙈 I had a dentist appointment yesterday and had to apologise if there was chalky stuff all round my teeth as I have into heartburn in the waiting room and ate one 😂

Have you tried going Drs? Mine was so bad I went they prescribed me ranitidine take it twice a day, or try milk? Xx
