Make sure you get protein too of course~ Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are good protein snacks. Nuts.... And of course fruits and other veggies

watermelon, grapes, I been using rice instead of pasta but staying away from a lot of starch eating a lot of fruit and veggies and not a lot of red meats
