it could be a cavity, i'd see a dentist :/ i've always had sensitive teeth and it got worse while i was pregnant. turned out to be a cavity.

that's what I was thinking. but like I said it only bothers me once in awhile.. if it was a cavity I would think it'd be bothering me everyday..?? @tiffanigypsy8

i don't think so, i've had quite a few cavities over the years and the pain comes and goes. never really constant.

teeth can become more sensitive during pregnancy but it could also be something you would have to take care of such as a cavity :) hope it feels better @kp_111516 might need to change your toothpaste, might help.

You should see the dentist ASAP. If it's a cavity it will get way worse. Pregnancy causes lots of teeth and gum issues and they can't do anything to help you after 2nd trimester.

well I'm already in my third trimester.. with work I gotta fight to get off for an appointment even if no one else is scheduled off or to leave early that day.. so that's why I haven't gone

That's what happens when I am up at 4 am misreading people's due dates!! 😂 I would still go ASAP. If it is a cavity or something worse (root canal needed), the pain will get really bad especially during labor. Better to get it checked and see! You will need a note from your OB/Midwife though or dentist won't see you.
