What is a suitable amount of sugar to be in almond, coconut or soy milk? I appreciate any…

I drink soy milk, it has 6g and for women 25 g of sugar per day is what they recommend!

What brand is it? Mine has 15... wasn't sure if that was too much. I was wondering because I'm slowly cutting out dairy and we don't plan on giving our son cows milk. @2queenbee9

Silk. Soy milk. I didnt give my kids cow milk at all. Ita a lot better for them too

I'll give it a try, I've also considered making my own every now and again. So many people are so quick to just give their children cows milk because the government and most doctors deem it necessary for their growth. I call bs lol. @2queenbee9

Yeah. Soy milk has more calcium than Vitamin D whole milk and that supposed to have the most as well as it has a heavy amount of vitamin C and protein. Both my kids have drank it and my whole family drinks it. no more gas or constipation for my family. I breastfed for 9 months then pumped and at one they got soy and breast milk. People definitely due settle.

It's better for our bodies and taste better than regular milk. I hope I'm able to pump for 9 months, 12 months would be ideal. @2queenbee9

Yeah I work in a hospital so it was hard. i was able to still breast feed and pump until 9 months because i stayed at home but once i went back to work it was difficult. My supply dried up.

Hospitals should have designated pump stations for moms, I know some do.. @2queenbee9 What formula did you use for those 3 months?

I used soy Similac. I had a nice storage of breast milk. I had almost 60 packs of frozen milk. I only used formula when we were out.

They did have feeding stations but we were busy. sometimes I had more time to pump and others i wouldn't. It's hard to explain but 12 hour days, your hardly eating, drinking or peeing so it doesnt work out well for your supply. as a stay at home mom I could do whatever whenever

I can imagine, a few of my friends work in hospitals and are constantly going with no breaks some days. I didn't even factor that in lol, my brain has been half working lately. @2queenbee9
