So I'm 32 and 5 days pregnant and just found out today I have gestational diabetes :( makes me so sad but now I'm determined to eat a lot healthier to control it... But do any of u mommas out there have any advice?
Honestly just try to eat better. Less carbs and sugar content in your food and get mild to moderate exercise every day(I take walks) Testing your blood sugar is annoying as hell but you just gotta do it. The doctors might order more ultrasounds to make sure the baby isnt growing too fast but its nothing to worry about really. Just listen to your doctors about what they suggest for you.
