Anyone who had a Csection more than once, do they still use an epidural on you before procedure?

I had a spinal tap both times . before they do the procedure

They do spinal taps for c sections don't they? I had 1 will have another one and I am getting the spinal as well. Almost the same thing however it numbs it all instead of just your bottom half. Same procedure to get it like a epidural.

I think she means spinal block. a spinal TAP is when a doctor is trying to extract spinal fluid from your spine to run tests. a spinal BLOCK is where they send medicine into your spine that numbs you. an epidural is a catheter left in your spine to continue sending medicine into your back to numb you.
