Is anyone else panicking about giving birth? This is my 2nd baby and I'm so scared. With my 1st I had a emergency c section at 33 weeks didn't have enough time to think about it. But with this one I'm scared that my waters are going to break anytime or he's not going to make it. Or even when I have a poo he's going to come out ( my sister in law had a baby and didn't know she was pregnant and thought she was constipated) please help ladies I'm so scared

I think it's normal to feel like that. This is my fifth and I woke at 2 last night in a right flap going omg what have I done . I've had issues in my pregnancies and labour and im quite worried about something going wrong too

@cs90, I'm starting to get major birth anxiety. Constantly thinking about the "what if's" and just generally getting the fear. It'll be okay though. Just try to think of your wee baby in your arms at the end of it all. That's what im attempting to do anyway hahah. Unsure if it's working 😂😩 xx
