have you done anything to naturally induce yourself?

Yep. Everything besides castor oil. I been walking like crazy, squats, my exercise ball, pineapple, red raspberry leaf tea, even tried using my pump. the contractions come n go right away. I'm so tired @answeredprayer16

lol I read pineapple isn't going to do nothing unless you eat 7-10 fresh pineapple and it still isn't proven to work lol but I plan to walk all day tomorrow, we have stairs in the house so might be going up and down those as well

Yea I heard that. I not down for that much pineapple lol. I think I might go up n down the steps in my building a few times after my appointment @answeredprayer16
