Any mommas on Zoloft? I went to the doctor yesterday and that's what the gave me for ppd. What side effects did you see once you started taking it? How long did it take for you to start feeling the effects if the medicine? I obviously read the papers on it, just wondering how it effected you guys individually?

I took Zoloft (the generic actually) for my anxiety a few years ago. I made the mistake of taking it in the evening and it had me feeling wired and wide awake. Worse than my anxiety. So I switched it to the morning and it worked within about a month i would say.

@bonniesue, I've got the generic as well and I took it last night for the first time and felt like I got hit by a bus😂 I slept so hard and had a hard time getting out of bed this morning....

@jleightutt, that's so funny. Maybe it has to do with the doses? I couldn't sleep for days when I started it. I think that pill is better in the morning lol.

I take it, 25mg. It worked in about 3 weeks for me. I felt like a zombie for a week or so.

@liveitwithlove, she has me on 50mg. I'm definitely feeling like a zombie today. Like I need all of the coffee😂

@darianweaver, yes! I so hope it helps. My mom is on it as well and it works for her so I'm hoping!
