my midwife told me not to go in unless I have 4 or more contractions that I can't talk or walk through but I'm worried that my contractions might not be that bad. everyone in my family only had mild period like cramps. and that's what I've been having all night..
@taylormacik, I'm having back pain but it's consent it doesn't go away and will get a little worse when I have the crampy feeling. and I'm not sure when they will keep me because I'm giving birth at the military hospital on base and I've never actually asked haha I think it's 4 but I'm not sure.
i would just go in. i didnt even feel cramps i just felt a tense feeling in my belly but i was super nauseous so thats why i went in. they should keep you if youre 4 cm
@taylormacik, my mom had mild cramps went in just to make sure everything was fine and she was 9cm. than my sister had the same cramping was only 3 cm when she went in and got sent home than she went back like 2 hours later with just more cramping she was already 10 cm and had my niece after like 10 mins of being there. I've been so crampy but nothing to make me cry just enough to be uncomfortable and idk if I should go in or if I should call.
i could talk/ walk through all of my contractions even at 7cm. i got sent home because they told me they needed to be more intense and so i went home and went for a walk, came back and had my son 6 hours later. labor wasnt painful for me at all and i even had an episiotomy
Oh I should also mention I had my bloody show 2 days ago
