I need to make an appointment with a chiropractor asap. This hip and lower back pain is too much. For anyone that has gone to a chiropractor while pregnant did you get a referral from your doctor first or just make the appointment?

ok ladies no judgment but i havent called to make an obgyn appointment yet because honestly i just dont feel like going yet i was thinking of calling to make an appointment when i hit 12-14 weeks the few people who know im pregnant think im crazy for waiting
Only benefit of being high risk. In two weeks, I start weekly ultrasounds to measure my cervix. Waiting on a call from my OB to make an appointment to start progesterone injections. Two appointments every week. 😂😂
