Are there any mom's on here who are dispatchers? If so, I was wondering a few things, if you could PM me. I was originally going to get hired at the Connection here in town because of the pay and benefits. But they continuously keep handing the job out from under me to natives rather than myself, who is white. So I'm looking at going for the career choice I've always aspired being part of...Law Enforcement, no matter the field. I'm currently sitting in bed, researching the requirements for South Dakota, but I'd like personal input as well.
